The Ship of Tolerance continues its 20th anniversary tour in Samarkand, Uzbekistan! More than one thousand children from Fergana, Bukhara, Nukus, and Samarkand participated in workshops led by facilitators from the Nationwide Children’s Library. We thank the Library for their incredible leadership!

We also thank the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan, as well as the UNESCO General Conference, for their support of the Ship! The project will be featured in October at the UNESCO Junior Assembly, at which children will gather to discuss youth-led initiatives to address the climate crisis and other issues facing the world.
